Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

Finally, crossbite and facial asymmetry jaw surgery 1 year later!

Hello At last, a year has passed since my surgery! Now, not only first-time acquaintances but even people who already knew me before seem to forget that I had surgery, to the point that they ask whether I had surgery at all. Every time that happens, I feel so proud haha These days, I am spending each day so happily that I can hardly remember when I had the surgery haha To begin with, I used to feel a lot of stress because of my crossbite and facial asymmetry. I tried to solve it as much as possible with orthodontics, but every dental clinic I visited said surgery was necessary, so I decided on double jaw surgery! While looking for a hospital, I came across Y Oral Surgery, and I felt a lot of trust from the director's appearance in the YouTube videos, so I did not look into any other hospitals separately and visited only Y Oral Surgery before starting pre-orthodontic treatment haha And on June 23 last year! I had double jaw surgery and contouring 2 procedures (square jaw and chin) haha Now it really feels like this is my face haha My friends sometimes ask what the surgery was like, and I always say I would do it again even if I could go back! I do not think about my old face at all anymore, and I do not want to think about it either... lol There is still orthodontic treatment time left, so I have to go to the dentist once a month, but every time I go, the manager and the director are so kind and take good care of me that going to the dentist never feels boring. When I had my one-year follow-up with the director, he showed me photos from before the surgery, and I felt embarrassed for no reason... Because he showed the before and after photos on the same screen, the comparison was really obvious. Now that a year has passed, all the bones are completely fused, and they even told me I can do combat sports and similar exercises, so I could not hold back my laughter They asked me whether I would remove the pins, but I said no because I do not think it would make a big difference for me. Ah, now I can eat almost all hard foods too. I still avoid the very hardest things, but unlike before, I can open my mouth wide and chew with real bites... haha It has been a year, and I am spending each day so happily!! If you are worried like I was, please get double jaw surgery and find a new world!!
