(Story) Is it wrong to ask for before-and-after photos?

8 years ago, I had bulbous nose surgery at ㅂㅌㅇ They narrowed the nasal bridge/line and fixed the nasal tip with ear cartilage. The surgical result wasn’t bad, and since I haven’t had any side effects so far, I had let it pass, but to mark joining this community, I’m going to share the story. When I asked them to send me the before-and-after photos of my own surgery through KakaoTalk (the after photo was taken at the clinic on the day my stitches were removed), they said something about personal information and that they would ask the doctor before giving them to me. I said I didn’t really understand what the problem was with asking to see photos of my own nose surgery, and they told me to wait. Then late in the evening on the day they said they would send them, I got a message, and when I zoomed in on the photos, it was obvious they had photoshopped them. It might have been because the swelling hadn’t gone down fully, but I only asked them to send the photos because I wanted to see how the shape had changed. I didn’t think they would go as far as photoshopping them.
