Day 3 after surgery for a bulbous nose + low nose + low nasal bridge

Ever since I was young, I was so stressed about my bulbous nose + very visible nostrils + low nasal bridge, so I kept rotating through those three apps, ㅂㅂ Talk, ㄱㄴ Unni, and Goodㄷ, applying for tons of nose surgery events, then worrying, canceling, and putting it off every day, until finally!!! I ended up getting nose surgery this time! The consultant who did my consultation was pretty straightforward and kind of had that so-called MZ vibe? lol.. Dr. Han was really, really kind and meticulous, and I liked him so much. Honestly, I think I did it because of the doctor. Right now it’s just so swollen that taking pictures isn’t very satisfying, but I’ll take lots of photos from now on and come back with them ㅇ_< On the first day, after the anesthesia wore off, my nose just felt kind of sore and tingly? That was all. There wasn’t much swelling either! But at night, after I slept and woke up, my eyes were so puffy... they wouldn’t open at all. The area around my eyes and cheekbones was purple.. Today is day 3, and I went to get the nasal packing removed. It’s a whole new world. After taking out the nasal packing and breathing, it felt like maybe this is how a newborn feels when they first start breathing through their nose...! I get the splint removed in three days, so I’ll come back then!!
