9 years ago, because I had a hump nose and a broad nasal column, I had an open approach, shaved the nose, and used Gore-Tex and autologous costal cartilage, and I had been living fine. But earlier this year, I was hit by a car and someone pulled on my nose, and I don’t know if the cartilage completely came out, but my philtrum hurts so much and it pokes the tissue inside my nose... It has not protruded out, but I’m so scared something will go wrong ㅜ I went to a nearby ENT clinic related to plastic surgery and got examined, and they said the cartilage came loose and that it’s okay, but since there is pain, I think it would be better to just remove it ㅠㅠ I’m scheduled to get married next year, and I don’t know what to do ㅠㅠㅠㅜ I’m so worried that I wrote this all over the place ㅠㅠ Thanks for reading…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
