At the beginning after surgery, I was fascinated and worried too, so I became a very active member of this community, but once the surgery went well and things stabilized a bit, I stopped coming in as muchㅜ Still, I'm leaving a review for everyone who is planning breast surgery or is in the early stage after surgery to refer to.. The hospital also said my progress is very good and I'm very satisfied too!! I wanted a natural uu shape, and it's exactly that shape. They said the feel and movement are also very good for 3 months post-op
I just hope the upper fullness goes down soon and that the feel softens more When I'm standing or sitting, it's quite soft, but when I lie down, it still feels like a soft but bouncy ball.. It's gotten a lot better compared with the early stage though haha ㅜ
Right now, except for running, I'm doing light strength training without any problems (mainly lower body..) For cardio, I'm using a stepper? StairMaster.. After surgery, running is hard after all. The bouncing hurts, and I worry something might go wrong..
I usually had a lot of tightness in my neck, and my trapezius and shoulder blade area?? weren't good, but after surgery, they feel much tighter and more difficult haha ㅜ I knew all of that before getting surgery, so I guess I have to endure it!
These days, for care, I'm applying scar ointment.. I hope I reach the 1-year mark soon
