Is this grade 1 capsular contracture?

Before<inframammary fold asymmetry> The hospital where I had the surgery said it was grade 1 capsular contracture, so they would do a partial capsulectomy and put the same implant back in without replacing it.

Another hospital said it looked like grade 2 or higher and that implant replacement was necessary.

I had Motiva implants, and I was told that if the contracture is grade 2 or 3 or higher, implant replacement is possible. But the place where I had the surgery says no. They say that because it is grade 1, implant replacement is absolutely not allowed.

If it is grade 2 or higher, is it okay to put the implant back in again?

How should I get that doctor to acknowledge whether it is grade 2 or higher...? When I told the consultation manager that I absolutely wanted the implant replaced, she said either have it done there, or replacement is absolutely not possible, and if I want implant replacement I have to pay for it. Then she hung up the phone.

Because of this, I can’t sleep, I can’t digest food, and it’s so hard.

If I do it at the hospital where I had the surgery, I only have to pay the anesthesia fee, .... but if I have revision surgery at another hospital, it costs over 10 million won. Please help me..
