Breast surgery review

Days 1-3 It was a little hard to use strength in my arms, but my elbows could go up above my shoulders, and daily life was possible!! It was tough getting up on my own after lying down, but I did get up by myself!! Instead, I piled pillows behind me and lay diagonally or slept that way My nipple area became sensitive, so it was more comfortable to wear only the upper band and take off all my clothes!! The area around my ribs was a bit swollen, and bruising started to appear Days 4-7 There’s still a long way to go, but the shape is gradually becoming more natural, and the breasts that had only felt firm became a little! softer. The upper fullness is still there, but it has gone down a lot compared to the first day!! Using my arms is gradually getting more comfortable too, and when I walk, my breasts still feel heavy!! Days 8-11 After getting the stitches removed, maybe it’s just in my head, but daily life became much easier!! If I’m very active, my stamina does get a bit tired, but most everyday activities are possible, using my arms feels even more natural, and although it’s not a perfect full-arm raise, I can raise my arms overhead!! Each day, I can see my breast shape becoming more natural, and I can feel my body getting really comfortable, which is amazing. I thought I should’ve done it sooner!! I hope one month passes quickly so they become even more natural
