What left a strong impression on me was that they woke me up in the middle of the surgery to even out the shape, and also explained why you shouldn't combine functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery, as well as cleanliness and safety. But the decisive reason I ruled them out was that they strongly recommended unnecessary surgery. This was the first time I heard that I had a hump nose, and they said I had a lot of cheek fat and that my forehead was by no means low, yet they recommended fat grafting, so I think the director's aesthetic sense is different from mine. They seem to like a face that looks obviously done.
