I consulted at 5 places, and this was the last one I went to. The manager was kind, and the director was kind too. Out of the 5 places, only 2 had detailed and long consultations with the director, and this was one of them. They talked about even the worst-case scenario, and I felt reassured. They even explained in detail what they would do if I had the surgery. I agonized a lot between this place and one other clinic, and now I regret not having had the surgery here...
