What stood out most was that they woke me up in the middle of surgery to even out the shape, and explained why you should not combine functional nose surgery with cosmetic nose surgery, as well as hygiene and safety. But the decisive reason I stayed away was that they overly recommended unnecessary surgery. It was the first time I had ever heard that I had a hump, and although I do have a lot of cheek fat and my forehead is definitely not low, they still recommended fat grafting, so I think the director's aesthetic sense is different from mine. He seems to like faces that look obviously done.
