I found out about it while searching for perforation on YouTube and went in for a consultation. The doctor gives exactly that standard, textbook-doctor impression. As the reviews here said, the consultation with the director was long and seemed to prioritize safety above all else. I recommend it more for people who want revision surgery, want to address drawbacks, or want a natural-looking nose, rather than people who want a flashy, high nose aesthetically (you will understand why after the consultation) I have not had surgery yet, but it seems like a place worth consulting at
