Finally one month... inframammary incision / Mentor Extra / left 295 / right 350 My asymmetry was so severe that when I wore clothes, I had to put one extra pad on the right side. They did say it wouldn’t be perfectly the same even after surgery, and of course it can’t be identical, but I’m totally satisfied even with this degree of improvement. Now I can finally sleep on my side, sleep on my stomach, raise my arms overhead, and move around more actively, so I feel like things have gotten better. It still feels slightly firm, but they say that will get better with time. Whew~^^ Since I couldn’t exercise all this time, I feel like I gained weight too. (Actually, I gained a lot.) I decided to start personal training from next week. They said it’s possible as long as I don’t overdo it, so I’m going to work out hard and take care of my figure. Satisfied, satisfied, extremely satisfied. I think I understand why, among all kinds of satisfaction, this is the most satisfying. If you can do it, I strongly, strongly recommend it.
