Hehehehe it’s been over 2 years since my breast revision surgery, and I’ve been browsing this community a lot lately, so I’m leaving this post to share info too The reason for revision wasn’t side effects or dissatisfaction, but because I felt uneasy that my first surgery had been done with BellaGel... The implant I switched to was Sebbin, and since they recommended it to suit my body type, they gave me the choice without pushing Motiva or any other implant on me Aside from the implant, I was satisfied with everything from my first surgery, and the hospital for my first surgery and revision was the same, so I didn’t really do much online or in-person research for the revision. But for everyone looking into a first surgery or looking into revision because there’s a problem, please make sure to research thoroughly and choose a hospital carefully.. Especially revision..!!! The difficulty really increases, so it’s important to get it done by a surgeon who is definitely skilled..... Even if some surgeons can do first surgeries to some extent, there are honestly many surgeons who are really bad at revision surgery... even among famous surgeons...;;; For my first surgery too, I really did a lot of online and in-person research and went to so many consultationsㅠㅠ These days there are lots of brokers, and also so many hospitals that post reviews indiscriminately.. Everyone considering breast surgery, please don’t suddenly do it impulsively. Spend at least a month or two thoroughly reading this community, plastic surgery cafes, plastic surgery apps, etc., and first make a proper hospital list before deciding on surgery Don’t just blindly post, “Please recommend a hospital to me”.. Don’t even upload posts like thatㅠㅠ Unless they’re not brokers... those are the posts brokers like the mostㅠㅠ Brokers will pile into the comments recommending their own hospitals like crazy.. You really have to check each thing carefully one by one.. Whether the surgeon at the hospital where you’re planning to have surgery has at least over 10 years of experience, whether an anesthesiologist is on-site, how much aftercare/as they provide, how many surgeries the surgeon does per day, whether it’s not a factory-style hospital, how they respond if side effects occur, and so on.. For breast reviews too, don’t only look at 1-month or 3-month reviews. Look at that hospital’s reviews from 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years later too.. And especially! During consultation, I hope you don’t just get swept away because the surgeon and consultant are kind without checking anything… Before surgery, most places are kind.. Breast surgery isn’t cheap, so who would act unkind? What matters is their attitude after surgery.. It’s my body, and if one surgery goes wrong, it really isn’t easy to reverse. I hope you don’t take it lightly when deciding on breast surgery Also, if your original breast shape was really not pretty, the breast shape won’t dramatically transform all at once.. You can think of it as following your original breast shape somewhat, and if you’re doing it expecting a very dramatic change, I wouldn’t recommend it.. The less breast tissue you have, the more obvious the implants are bound to look too! After my revision surgery, my surgeon paid even more attention than during my first surgery, so the shape, feel, and everything actually improved much more than after the first surgery.. I worried whether getting revision surgery when there wasn’t any particular problem was a good choice, but I got rid of the BellaGel that had been a headache, and it improved a lot instead, so I’m satisfied Anyway, as a breast surgery senior(?) who has even had breast revision, if you have questions about breast surgery or anything like that, ask in the comments and I’ll let you know~~ I hope everyone chooses a good hospital well and gets surgery successfully
+Every hospital has differences in surgical methods, so what I did isn’t necessarily the answer, but I only used nipple patches for a month or two, and after that I kept going braless. Not wearing a support bra didn’t cause bottoming out or sagging or anything like that.. ++And after surgery, I hope you get an ultrasound exam at least once every year .. The hospital I went to provides a free ultrasound checkup 1 year after surgery, and after that they have an aftercare system where they do yearly checkups at a low cost, so that helped a lot in choosing them.. Since it’s hard to go around to different hospitals carrying records, it’s better to get regular checkups continuously at one hospital if possible.. It’s basic, but many hospitals don’t follow it, so definitely check this part when you go for consultation
