I had a consultation about my eyes with the female director, and the consultation was kind and fine. But she said she is an ophthalmology specialist rather than a plastic surgeon, so I'm a bit unsure. She also recommended an eye correction procedure that I hadn't thought of, so I'm going to think about it a bit more. The consultation with the director and the manager was fine.
