I consulted in the order of doctor first, then director. I went in for the consultation, but they spoke to me casually, which took me a little by surprise^^ And they seemed to have very strong opinions. It felt like I couldn't even ask much, as if I just had to follow the method decided by the surgeon..? I heard they are famous for eye revision surgery, so maybe that's why, but their professionalism seemed fine. The consultation director was... really... just staring at me with bright eyes, and only answered once I asked something, so while they seemed kind, they were also quite cold... I ended up just leaving because I didn't want to ask anything else.. It really does seem like kindness has a big influence on deciding on surgery.. And the price is honestly enormous compared with other places.
