While shopping around for double-eyelid surgery, I visited because people told me I should definitely consult here. Just like the other reviews, as soon as I entered they clearly and briskly explained what could and could not be done, and said I absolutely needed to keep it natural. They said I definitely needed ptosis correction with a low in-out crease, and that the medial canthoplasty should not be extensive—only 1 mm. When I asked questions, they answered very clearly and checked everything thoroughly, which made me trust them. However, part of me felt that going too natural would be disappointing... I was not very fond of the line they designed during the consultation, so I put it on hold.
