[Plastic Surgery Review] This is my honest review after receiving double-eyelid surgery (buried suture/incision) at this clinic. The strengths and weaknesses were very clear regarding the surgical result, medical staff service, and front-desk response. 1. Surgical result and consultation with the director (highly satisfied) I am extremely satisfied with the most important part, the double-eyelid surgery result. I was most worried about looking artificial or obviously operated on, but the line was not excessive and settled very naturally in harmony with my eyes. The director had a genuinely pleasant personality and was kind, listened carefully to my requests from the consultation onward, and meticulously handled aftercare such as swelling care and follow-up checks, which gave me confidence. Based on the result and the director's skill alone, I would actively recommend this clinic to people around me. 2. Dissatisfaction with the front desk On the other hand, the front-desk staff's attitude urgently needs improvement. Apart from external factors such as conspicuous tattoos, their overall manner toward customers was very unfriendly and rigid, making me feel unpleasant every time I visited. In particular, arranging appointments was very difficult. When I tried to book regular checkups or follow-up visits, rather than cooperatively adjusting the schedule, they responded perfunctorily as if saying, "Contact us again later when necessary," giving me the impression that they were avoiding making an appointment. From the perspective of a patient anxious after surgery, this manner of guidance felt extremely irresponsible. Overall assessment The director's personality and surgical skill, the natural result, and the aftercare program itself are excellent. However, the unfriendly front-desk service and the stress of the booking process are clear disadvantages, so anyone considering a visit should keep this in mind.
