The doctor and the staff were the kindest, but even though I had a reservation, I had to wait an hour to see the doctor for consultation, which was a bit disappointing. From what I personally felt, neither the manager nor the doctor were pushy about surgery. Director Kang Gwang-rae said if something can’t be done, you just have to accept it, and if something doesn’t need to be done, then there’s no need to do it, which I liked. The doctor is very kind.
