At the Gangnam Station factory-style dermatology clinic, don't expect professionalism at all. I went there occasionally for hair removal and toning over several years, and even though the staff changed every time, they were all equally rude. The doctors also had no professionalism.. It really felt like everything was being done carelessly, and the facility was too chaotic and made me feel uneasy.
