I’ve spent around 2 million here on procedures. The facilities are clean, everyone is kind, and the doctor seems skilled too, but The consultation manager’s push to sell packages and keep me coming back actually makes me want to avoid returning. It’s cheap and the procedures weren’t bad, so I’ll probably keep coming until I use up what I paid for, but because of the sales pressure, once I finish the package I’ll have to think hard about whether I’ll go again. I’m reasonably satisfied with the procedure effects, but they keep pushing sales, so it feels like a clinic that cares more about making money than customer satisfaction, or maybe they’re not confident in their skill? That’s the feeling I get
