From the waiting area itself, a few of the front desk staff were acting like total bullies.. I was thinking the people working here must have a hard time.. I had a consultation first before the procedure, and it was with a woman with short hair. The consultation looked like it had zero professionalism.. When I said I only wanted a little Juvelook because it doesn't dissolve anyway, she must have thought it wasn't worth the money, so she half-assed the consultation and kept emphasizing that it won't have any effect at all~! Was she trying to push extra payment or what.. If something goes wrong with my face, are you going to take responsibility..ㅋㅋ The consultation ended on a sour note and I got Juvelook, but after the procedure my eyes became extremely dry and heavy. I told the doctor, and they said to go sit outside for a bit and watch the condition, so I sat outside, but nobody came to check on me.. ㅋㅋ Since nobody came, I ended up grabbing a passing staff member and telling them, and they were like, ah.. and stepped away;; After a few minutes another consultation manager came and, after explaining the under-eye area, said that could happen and that it looked fine to her, said a few words, and then went off to get ready to leave workㅋㅋ They just treat patients like baggage..ㅋㅋㅋ It was really a gross experience after paying money.
