I had a facelift surgery consultation,, I visited for the first time and had a face-to-face consultation with the director. The director pulled my cheeks toward my ears and said this is how you do it, that it makes you look younger, and then said, oh, you also had eye surgery, which caught me off guard because we weren't even talking about my eyes! The consultation with the manager was just, they showed me one or two surgery photos and talked me through various things, and then I left right away
