I went for a consultation at City. I met the director right away and started the consultation. The director started by pulling up my cheek once, mentioned the cost, and then sent me over to the manager after less than five minutes. I had a lot I wanted to ask the director, so it was disappointing. I listened to the manager's rough explanation and left right away.
