Honestly, the wait is way too long. I really want to ask why they even take reservations if it's going to be like this. I waited an hour and a half to two hours before getting the procedure, and I was so annoyed that I didn't even care whether they were doing things properly or not. There were way too many people, so the staff were all overwhelmed, and structurally it just doesn't seem like a place that can be kind.
