It feels like a typical factory-style place. All the consultations are only with the manager, and the doctor goes in when you're lying down, fires the laser, then moves on to the next person and fires the laser again. Since you wait with eye covers on, you can't even see their face. I bought a 10-session skin laser package, and the first time I went they checked my skin and consulted me, then I got Fraxel right away, and I expected that each visit they'd check my skin, consult me, and then give the laser that fit me, but instead they just checked at fixed intervals and kept doing the procedure;; They also didn’t explain what procedure it was very well, and because the way it was handled was different from what I expected, I was disappointed by about half, but I still don't know yet whether it works.
