The director was very kind and spent enough time on the consultation, pointing out details of my face one by one. The counseling director was kind, but kept trying to bundle other things together and steer me toward doing them as well (other hospitals said they weren't necessary lol). I liked how well the director consulted me, but I didn't like how the counselor kept trying to push other things too.
