The doctor was extremely kind, and pointed out the strengths of my face, saying that if we only solved the parts I was worried about, I'd see a big effect. They also said there was a lot of fat to remove! The price was reasonable, and the procedures they recommended were reasonable too. It didn't feel like overtreatment. However, I am a little worried because there seems to be a lot of promotion.
