I had surgery about 5 years ago, and at the time my abdomen was bumpy and the line looked weird, so it seemed like the liposuction hadn't worked. I went for a consultation 6 months later, and the doctor who did the surgery said to wait another 6 months or more, and if it was still like that then they'd do either surgery or a procedure. I went back to the hospital about a year later, and the doctor and manager who had handled the surgery at the time had both left. The previous staff had been kind, but the new doctor felt a bit coercive to me, saying things like, "This counts as a successful surgery, I don't see what's wrong, try losing weight." I had already had abdominal revision surgery, so regardless of whether I lost weight or not, the operation was to remove fat.. They talked as if I could just have surgery again now, and I left feeling hurt. I still feel upset every time I look at my bumpy stomach, and I can't show it. It also hurts sometimes. And after the breast implant surgery, I developed a lot of calcified lesions, so it caused pain and I ended up having two separate surgeries with a general surgeon.
