They give a discount if you book surgery on the same day after the consultation.. I was wavering about whether to reserve the surgery, and I'm grateful they explained everything in detail, but in the end I said I'd think about it a bit more and come back. Maybe they were disappointed that they couldn't catch the fish they'd almost hooked, but during the consultation they were definitely very kind. Yet when I came back saying I needed to think, the consultation coordinator's face completely stiffened, and later when I left they didn't even say goodbye, so I think they were really offended, haha.. That made me upset too, so I decided I shouldn't go here.
