What I remember after going there is that the manager and staff were kind. There was a little waiting, but it was manageable. They explained the insurance reimbursement part well, and the consultation went in this order: manager -> director -> manager. When I consulted with the director, the explanation of the surgery process didn’t seem very detailed. I like that they didn’t pressure me to pay a deposit.
