The hospital facilities were good. The wait wasn't long, and I was able to see the doctor right after the consultation with the director. But honestly, I don't have rhinitis and I've never even thought my nose was crooked, and then they asked if I had insurance and said functional nose surgery was possible. Then they asked if I wanted to have the inside of my nose checked with a camera, and after the consultation I paid, what was it, 10,000 won for that value..... hmm..... The doctor's consultation was.. a bit... they didn't seem to understand my requests very well... hmm... how should I put it, they kept saying they didn't understand what I meant... and asked me to say it again...... It felt like communication wasn't working well....... When I got consultations elsewhere, they understood everything...... I felt like they didn't understand my needs well Because the hospital also has dermatology inside, it didn't really feel like a surgery-specialty hospital.
