The first consultation was with the manager. That seemed to be the rule. The consultation with the director is said to happen in detail on the day of surgery, once the surgery is confirmed... The staff were kind, but I didn’t feel any real professionalism Like, the level of professionalism was such that I could probably do it too if I learned for one day... So unprofessional that it felt like self-diagnosing from YouTube would be better... A friend had eyes done here a while ago and said the director was very kind and good, so if I could consult with the director, I’d like to go again. The facilities are great. For patients who worry a lot and overthink, it’s a place with a high barrier to entry
