The consultation manager was really, really kind, but the director.. seemed a bit bothered, not really friendly. Still, if I asked something I wanted to know, he answered well. The facility is clean and nice because it recently moved near the station. I somehow got the feeling that he was bothered by me, so if I do surgery, it feels like the aftercare would be inconvenient..
