When I said I was still shopping around, the manager assumed I had no immediate plans for surgery and didn't really give me a proper estimate consultation. There was no wait, so that was nice. The director's surgical plan and consultation weren't bad, but this hospital's view was that consultations about the line I wanted weren't necessary, so I decided to take this hospital off my list.
