I had a textured teardrop implant 6 years ago. I thought I could be discharged the same day, but I ended up hospitalized for 4 days. It was a tougher surgery than I expected, and for almost a month it was hard to get up or lie down by myself. I’m not particularly dissatisfied with the surgery, but even after 6 years I still can’t shake off my worries about complications. I haven’t had any special complications so far.
