I found this place because I wanted to keep my monolid and only remove the fat from my eyes. The facility is a little small, but I think it is a place with good expertise in upper eyelid fat removal. I had the surgery under local anesthesia, and there was no scar afterward and I was satisfied with the results. The cost was the same whether you did upper eyelid fat removal and ROOF fat removal together or separately, but I later wanted to remove the ROOF too, so I do have a feeling that it would have been cheaper if I had done both at first. I didn't do the ROOF because I was afraid of scarring, and I am satisfied with the upper eyelids.
