The doctor explained things in a very gentle way, and the staff were also so kind that I felt I could trust them. I haven't had the surgery yet. I'm hesitating because the price is a bit high, but I liked how they clearly stated their opinion during the consultation, and the feeling that they weren't rushing me was also favorable.
