The director was kind and the consultation was good. It was clear they were trying to listen to the direction I wanted, and they kindly explained how things would specifically proceed. However, the staff were a bit lacking, and above all, the pressure to make a reservation was a bit much, which was disappointing. I'm going to put it on hold for now
