He looked at the CT for quite a long time. After checking the amount of septal cartilage and how much it was bent, he said we should use septal cartilage. A pretty nose!! rather than that, it felt like he was looking at the harmony of the whole face? He talked about facial proportions, raised the nasal tip a bit, tried silicone on the bridge, and talked while looking in the mirror. He said he would leave the hump reduction but decide whether to open and cut the nasal bone on the day of surgery. I was debating between septal cartilage / donated rib cartilage / autologous costal cartilage, but it seems like he prioritizes septal cartilage and keeps donated rib cartilage as a Plan B. If I wanted autologous costal cartilage, he would have to take my rib, so that would have to be Plan A. But since it's my first surgery, he doesn't recommend overcorrection. The director had a somewhat blunt, straight-talking vibe, and after realizing I had researched nose surgery a lot, he talked a lot about my nose. And the manager was truly legendary.. There was not even a suggestion of same-day booking, let alone pressure. After asking how long I would keep visiting other hospitals, she said, "I'll contact you around then~" When I said, "There really isn't any pressure to book on the same day here!" she said same-day booking pressure is a burden for patients, so out of conscience they don't do it..
