The doctor defined the line well and when I said what I wanted, he said it was possible (at another place, they had said changing the line would be difficult). He was honest about areas other than the parts he wasn't confident about. The guardian can watch the CCTV and the cost is reasonable compared to other hospitals. However, other hospitals all recommended lower eyelid surgery, but here they only recommended lower blepharoplasty, so I'm still thinking about it.
