Since I had a same-day consultation reservation, it felt like things were a bit chaotic. I did like that they made an effort to fit the consultation in as much as possible. Because I went at a time that might have overlapped a little with surgery time, it felt like they rushed the consultation and moved me along quickly. They said to lower the line compared to what I had in mind, so I ended up worrying a lot. They explained things in detail and spoke with confidence, which made me trust them.
