I had quick zygoma reduction surgery. Since I had a slight prominence in the front cheekbone, the side cheekbones definitely went in, but after losing weight, I still have cheekbones when viewed from the front I learned that quick zygoma reduction is effective for the side cheekbones. Anyway, the side cheekbones definitely went in. I had it fixed with screws, and it can be felt a little, but it doesn't seem uncomfortable.
