The consultation manager was kind, but the doctor too didn't give me the feeling that I could trust and leave it in their hands! While talking with the doctor, I asked about all sorts of things, and I got the impression they wanted to finish quickly. What disappointed me the most was that while I was waiting, a guardian-looking person asked the front desk staff when the surgery would be over and when the person would come out, and the staff answered irritably. After seeing that, my trust dropped to rock bottom.
