I went for a consultation for cheekbone reduction because a friend recommended it. The consultation staff member was so kind, listened to everything I asked for, and kept smiling the whole time, which I liked. But the director only spent about one-fifth of the time the staff member did on my consultation and kept it short and to the point, which was disappointing.
