The staff were kind. Especially the manager was very kind. She explained things well, and I had been to several places, but unlike other hospitals, I could feel that she had professional knowledge. So I had really high expectations, but in the consultation with the director, although he was kind, there were many parts of his explanation that I couldn't really understand.
