It's been almost 10 years for me. So I don't really remember whether the staff were kind or not because it's been ten years!! I had that... you know, the pinching? thing done. It has settled in well for 10 years without loosening at all!!! Back then, I don't think I had a consultation about things like the eye shape or anything else!!! These days, it seems like there are lots of different kinds of consultations.
