I was a student then, so I went to a place that was good regardless of price because I couldn’t afford to have my young face ruined. They recommended buried sutures with front and back canthoplasty, so I had that done... From the start they were uneven, and when they removed the stitches, they knew they were uneven but said they would become even once the swelling went down. Even after 13 years they’re still the same. My left eye barely has any double eyelid left when I wake up in the morning. The back canthoplasty all reattached after just one year. For the front canthoplasty, they boasted that they would only make a tiny cut on the inner corner to naturally remove the epicanthal fold, but the scar is extremely obvious and it was only about 1 mm? It tore open. Back then I paid 2.3 million for it... sigh...
