First of all.....there are almost no staff, haha. Direct consultation with the doctor. I went after seeing that they rescued eyes that had been botched at Gasa. What the doctor emphasized strongly was that if you can't resolve it all at once in the operating room, then trust is over - and I strongly agreed with that. He also seems responsible.
