I made a consultation appointment by phone just a little over a week in advance and visited, but they said it hadn't been booked at all, which was really surprising. I was grateful that the director consulted with me right away, but the staff didn't seem very proactive, so I felt awkward for no reason. The director is really, really good. There isn't a separate manager, and the consultation is conducted directly with the director from start to finish, so if you have questions, it's best to ask them all. As other people said, he takes a very conservative approach, which I found honest, but people who want additional surgery methods might be dissatisfied. There aren't many reviews on the app or here, so get a lot of help from the café run by the director.
