The head coordinator, the doctor, whoever it is, just keeps saying what they want to say. They don't even seem very professional, and the surgeon did the consultation well, but they said they'd look at this and that, do a CT scan, and then consult, but casually didn't do any of that and went straight into the consultation. For surgery they said they'd just see and use auricular cartilage or whatever, and it honestly looks really unsettling.
